DHL Express

International orders will be shipped with DHL Express within 48 hours after receiving payment (business days).
Delivery is within approximately 2 to 5 days after your order is shipped (working days), depending on the area of destination.
A few hours before shipment we will send you a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking with which you can follow your parcel starting from the next day on the DHL website.


The cost of shipping will be showed during the payment steps, it will be calculated basing on the delivery destination and order weight.
The standard rate also does not include insurance on goods that travel at the risk of the buyer, it is possible to request optional shipping insurance before it is managed, the cost varies according to the insured value and must be paid in advance.

Important note: if your geographical location is considered "Remote Area" by DHL, we will not be able to ship your order using either delivery companies (it would require an extra fee which by default we believe the customer is not willing to pay). So we will automatically revert to Poste Italiane, which takes slightly longer, usually 5 to 10 business days. Please check DHL webpage to check whether or not your area is considered remote.


DPD

Delivery is within approximately 5 to 15 days after your order is shipped (working days), depending on the area of destination.
A few hours before shipment we will send you a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking with which you can follow your parcel starting from the next day on the DPD website.


The cost of shipping will be showed during the payment steps, it will be calculated basing on the delivery destination and order weight.

Customs Clearance Fees (for extra CEE countries):

All imported goods are subject to Customs clearance in every country. When you buy from Car-Interface.com, the goods are sent from Italy. Therefore you are importing, and you are the importer responsible for the goods when the goods pass through Customs in your destination country.

According to our general terms and conditions, you may order anything you like from Car-Interface.com, and we will fulfil your order, but it remains totally your responsibility to find out in advance if the products are permissible to import into your destination country, and if so what clearance requirements, taxes, policies etc apply in that country

Car-Interface.com cannot and will not offer advice or pre-shipment information on Customs issues in any regard.

You need to be aware that, since any order you make on Car-Interface.com will pass through your country's Customs, the Customs have the right to hold and inspect your goods according to their policies.

As the importer, you bear sole responsibility for the clearance of the goods any issues that may arise from an inspection or hold. Typically, the consignee of the shipped packets is taken as the importer in any problem case.


In most countries, depending on the category of goods imported and the quantity or value, the shipment will be assessed for duties and /or sales tax,that is your responsibility as the importer.

Please note: if you are sending products to Car-Interface.com from outside EU according to our general terms and conditions  it remains totally your responsibility to find out in advance if the products are permissible to import into Italy  and if so what clearance requirements, taxes, policies etc will applied.
As the owner of the exported goods the shipment will be assessed for duties and /or sales tax,that is your responsibility.
Car-Interface.com will not accept no incoming shipment if customs fees will be requested upon delivery. (or the customer should pay in advance customs fees to Car-Interface.com)
For extra-UE orderes delivery address and invoicing address must be the same.
