  •   Order number (ref)
  •   Item reference
  •   Car model and year of registration (VIN)
  •   Infotainment system / radio version
  •   Detailed description of the problem

Due to the current emergency situation we are experiencing brief delays with some requests, response times may be slower than usual.

We’ll do our best in order to provide you with a feedback as soon as possible.

We will be closed for the summer break from August 7th to 22rd, the last shipments will be handled on 6th August (within 12:00 AM).
All orders placed during the period of closure will be managed starting from August 23th.

Service - Tech Support: closed from 02/08 to 29/08 , all requests received during this period will be answered in order of submission at re-opening.
